Who should enrol?

This Program is designed for senior leaders, managers, team leaders, project managers, supervisors, business proprietors and other professionals who are responsible for providing leadership within organizations and who want to develop or refine their leadership/managerial skills for improved performance.

Programme Goal

The goal of our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is to help professionals to improve their leadership competence through enhanced commitment, capability, and practical effectiveness. The programme equips participants with leadership skills necessary for their respective leadership roles. It also provides a learning platform for character development and an opportunity to think through diverse leadership challenges resulting from the fast-changing organizational environment.

In this module, participants introduced to the different perspectives and models of leadership, and how these perspectives can be applied within their organizational or social context.

Leading Teams

Exposing participants to the leadership competencies that are required to effectively lead and develop high performing teams.

In this session, participants explore the nuts and bolts of strategy development and execution while also appreciating the leadership aspects of the process.

Managing Performance

Managing Performance

Participants are taken through the process of leading their teams to set strategic goals, agree performance targets and take steps to deliver on the agreed performance results.

Effective Business Networking

Effective Business Networking

Networking is an essential stakeholder engagement and business development strategy. In this module, participants are taken through best best practices in business networking as well as stakeholder engagement.

Effective Communication

Effective Communication

Enables participants to appreciate the need to develop strong capabilities for communicating effectively as a key requirement for effective leadership.

Creativity and Innovation

Creativity and Innovation

This module provides an understanding of the role creativity and innovation play in enabling excellent organizational performance and increased competitiveness.

Coaching and Mentorship

Coaching and Mentorship

In this session, participants are taken through the role of coaching and mentorship in developing leaders while also appreciating how to apply the same to enhance individual and collective performance.

Ethics in Leadership

Ethics in Leadership

This module explores the important topic of ethics and the role of leaders in developing and enabling an ethical culture in the workplace.

Case Study - Practical

Case Study - Practical

The purpose of this module is to ensure that the participants integrate what they have learnt in the course into a comprehensive organization-focussed project. Participants will be required to analyse an issue, and use the knowledge acquired to present a solution to their respective organization leaders. The module will culminate in the submission of a case study, which will be printed and bound.
